1. Returns

Items must be unused, in the original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sweetted.store to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Return Process

Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Include the RMA number and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the package.

Domestic Returns: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

International Returns: We do not offer international returns at this time.
2. Refunds
